Programs

Six weeks, every half term.

Live online programs that follow the school year. Built for primary, secondary and sixth form parents, because the system is the same and the stakes are too.

The program year

The school year has six half terms. So do we.

Each program runs for six weeks, one session a week, themed to what's actually happening in schools that half term. Join for the one you need, or stay for the year.

Autumn 1

The September Reset

Settling in, new teachers, new routines, and the questions to ask in the first six weeks.

Autumn 2

The First Report

Reports and parents' evening season. How to read them, what to ask, what to write back.

Spring 1

Choices

Options, applications and admissions. The decisions that shape the years ahead.

Spring 2

The Middle Stretch

Assessment data, intervention and SEND reviews. The quiet half term where the work happens.

Summer 1

Exam Season

SATs to A-levels. How to support without smothering, whatever the stakes in your house.

Summer 2

The Handover

Transitions and endings. Setting up September before this year's knowledge walks out the door.

Every program works at every stage. Primary examples are always included, and the principles hold from reception to sixth form.

  • A private hour with Kay each term. Three one-to-one calls, built in.
  • Meeting cover. A prep call before any school meeting, and a debrief after.

  • Whole-family cover. One place covers every child in your family, primary to sixth form.
  • End of term dinner, each term.

Joining the Inner Circle

How it works.

1.

Register interest

Book a short call with Kay. Tell her a little about your family and what this year holds.

2.

Approved

Kay keeps the circle small so the support stays real. If it's a fit, you're in.

3.

Payment authorised

Once approved, your payment is taken and the year begins. £2,499, as shown. No surprises.

Questions, answered

Before you join.

Is the newsletter still free?

Yes, and it stays free. The letters land every other Sunday whether you join a program or not.

My child is in primary school. Is this too early?

No. Every program is built for primary, secondary and sixth form together, with primary examples always included. The system your child is entering is the same one they'll leave at eighteen. Understanding it early is the advantage.

What if I can't make a session live?

Sessions run live, and VIP members get recordings of every session to keep. If you know you'll miss weeks, VIP is the safer choice.

How does the Inner Circle application work?

You book a short interest call with Kay, with nothing to pay. Kay keeps the circle small, so there's a short conversation first. Once approved, your payment is authorised and the year begins. The price is on the page because there shouldn't be any surprises.

We're an organisation, not a family. Can we join?

The programs are built for families, but Kay works with schools, churches, community groups and local authority teams too. Have a look at services, or email info@dearparentsandcarers.com.

Yours faithfully,

Ms Kay Green
