More about the mission

My story

It started at a parents' evening.

I went along for a tuition client, sitting where a parent usually sits. I knew the system, so I knew what to ask. By the end of the evening that student had everything they needed. Resources. Assessments. Additional support. Same school, same teachers, same child. The only thing that changed was having someone in the room who spoke the language.

That was the gap. It was never about how much parents care. It was translation. Then the calls started, parents at a crossroads with school, not sure what to ask or who to ask it to.

Dear Parents and Carers is my answer to those calls. One letter, one conversation, one room at a time.
